About the Position:

This position is located at a Military Treatment Facility under the Defense Health Agency (DHA). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing healthcare data systems, analyzing healthcare data, and coordinating medical treatment facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement healthcare data systems to meet specific end-user applications.
  • Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate medical treatment facility operations, including preparing and managing business plans.
  • Provide analytical support regarding the integration, access, and development of healthcare data.
Requirements:
  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
  • Selectees will be required to sign a statement (Condition of Employment) consenting to seasonal influenza vaccinations or must provide a recognized exemption.
  • Immunization screening is required. Hepatitis B immunization is required for all positions with direct patient contact.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Red Cross.
Qualifications:
  • One year of specialized experience which includes assisting with the analysis of healthcare system effectiveness; providing healthcare data and/or reports to leadership; and ensuring compliance with regulations and/or guidance.
