Supervisor Registered Nurse Operations Coordinator OLGMC 4C Medical Tele Full Time Nights

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Supervisor Registered Nurse Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the 4C Medical Tele unit, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on the 4C Medical Tele unit.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient unit operations.
- Collaborate with the Unit Director and other members of the leadership team to achieve unit and organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to provide high-quality patient care.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure that patients are receiving high-quality care and that the unit is running smoothly.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact patient care or unit operations.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- 2 years of relevant experience working in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
