About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient selection and delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely and accurately select customer orders using order selecting software and equipment
  • Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy
  • Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack
  • Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage free
  • Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders
  • Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets from slots in the aisle, and return pallet jacks to the charging area
Requirements
  • Ability to read and communicate in the English language
  • Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday
  • Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred
  • Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
  • Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred
