  • Assist with testing and procedures, such as vision testing, hearing/audiometry testing, pulmonary function testing, and more.
  • Administer medications, educate patients, and perform general clinical skills.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records, ensuring confidentiality and upholding HIPAA laws and rules.
  • Participate in the training of new team members and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in urgent care or primary care preferred.
  • Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with active Certified Medical Assistant License/Registered MA License.
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification Preferred; American Red Cross BLS Certification Accepted.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and sit for hours at a time, with some bending and stooping required.
  • Manual dexterity necessary for clinical requirements.
  • Lift up to 50lbs.
