Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Managed Care Analyst to join our team at Highmark Health. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining hospital, professional, and ASC contracts in Epic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior analysts in building hospital, professional, and ASC contracts in Epic.
  • Manage underpayment AR for assigned payors, including recovering on underpaid accounts.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and Finance Teams on contract building and analysis requests.
  • Perform analyses to support reimbursement impact analysis.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience in finance, contracting, or data analysis.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret various types of data.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Epic Expected Reimbursement Contracts Certification.
  • Experience with hospital, physician, and ASC contracts.
  • Experience in healthcare.
  • R, Python, or other statistical/programming tools.
