Job Title: Medical Device Training Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Training Specialist to join our team at Oculus Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical education and training to medical professionals in the use of our advanced ophthalmic devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for medical professionals on the operation and utilization of our ophthalmic devices
  • Provide exceptional customer support and answer technical questions from customers and sales representatives
  • Work closely with research and clinical trial sites to advise on data collection for specific research projects
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to review technical information on marketing materials and support the launch of new products
  • Attend tradeshows and educational events to perform product presentations and demonstrations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a medical, scientific or technology field, preferably in the eye care industry
  • Experience in training or teaching, strong written communication and verbal presentation skills
  • 4-year college degree in biology, medical, technical, scientific or related fields, or equivalent clinical experience
  • Proficiency in software applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, internet research and creating presentations

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
