Job Summary

Zaxby's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage labor costs, inventory, and sales growth to achieve financial targets.
  • Culture and Service: Promote Zaxby's culture and values, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Staffing and Training: Recruit, train, and develop restaurant personnel to meet business needs.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and storage to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Focus on delivering a positive customer experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and the local community.
