Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth
