Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Howard Johnson I-Drive. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all hotel rooms and public spaces
  • Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed
  • Clean and disinfect all surfaces, including doors, door frames, vents, windows, cabinets, walls, and outlets
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards
  • Report any maintenance issues or damage to the General Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
