We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at SafeSplash + SwimLabs Morrisville (Triangle). As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Assist clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Account Management: Maintains client accounts by recording accurate and up-to-date information, taking client payment when necessary, and scheduling classes and appointments.
  • Retail Sales: Assists clients with retail merchandise, is knowledgeable of all retail products and information, and manages retail sales.
  • Donations and Events: Prepares and tracks donations to non-profit organizations and schedules, promotes, and participates in special events.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Focus: Happy and professional disposition, hospitable and caring, with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using spreadsheets and word processing software such as Microsoft Suite.
  • Scheduling and Flexibility: Dependable and flexible schedule, with the ability to work some evenings and weekends.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Swim Lesson and/or competitive swimming experience, knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression; CPR & First Aid Certified.
