District Manager Trainee

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented District Manager Intern to join our team at Aldi. As a District Manager Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in store operations, customer satisfaction, and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist district managers in store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team development.
- Shadow store managers and manager trainees to learn the fundamentals of store operations.
- Conduct customer walks and participate in store tours to learn about customer satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including payroll, sales book, memo verification, and invoices.
- Participate in store resets and grand openings.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties.
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively within a group.
- Display initiative and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
- In current pursuit of Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external parties.
- Ability to develop rapport, trust, and open communication that enhances the growth and job performance of store personnel.
- Works cooperatively and collaboratively within a group.
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ability to display initiative and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
