Key Responsibilities:
1. Study Design and Execution: Lead the design and implementation of translational studies in relevant animal models and human cellular systems to identify and validate biomarkers and explore drug candidate mechanisms of action.
2. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Oversee the analysis and reporting of pharmacology and translational biomarker data, providing scientific insights to enhance study outcomes.
3. Drug Development Strategy: Contribute to the formulation and execution of clinical pharmacology strategies to advance investigational drugs through all clinical development phases.
4. Regulatory Interaction: Collaborate with regulatory affairs to support the preparation and review of regulatory submissions, addressing inquiries and providing scientific justifications.
5. Scientific Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert in translational biomarkers and therapeutic mechanisms, mentoring junior scientists and contributing to scientific literature.

Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in oncology, immunology, pharmacology, or a related field.
