Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification preferred.
  • One year of experience in caregiving or a related field; experience working with older adults preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds, and to stand for long periods.
