About the Role:

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a highly skilled Senior Physician to join our team. As a Senior Physician, you will be responsible for providing proactive, preventive care to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, chronic condition management, screenings, and minor injury treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
  • 5+ years of experience in primary care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
