Job Summary:

As a Bartender at Hard Rock, you will be responsible for making drinks to spec recipe, demonstrating responsible alcohol service, and properly checking IDs for guests who appear to be under 30 years old. You will also be responsible for stocking liquor, beer, wine, and glassware throughout the shift, maintaining proper product pars through bar pulls and inventories, and properly labeling, dating, covering, and refrigerating prepped items for the bar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Check IDs for guests who appear to be under 30 years old and refuse service to minors.
  • Stock and maintain liquor, beer, wine, and glassware throughout the shift.
  • Maintain proper product pars through bar pulls and inventories.
  • Properly label, date, cover, and refrigerate prepped items for the bar.
