Salary Range: $90,000 - $180,000 per year

Location: Tampa, Florida

Role Overview

This Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner will function as a member of the medical care management team for physician practice patients (surgical and non-surgical).

You'll diagnose medical conditions, plan and implement treatment collaboratively agreed to in the Florida Hospital Physician Group medical staff delineation of clinical privileges for Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide services similar to those of a physician.
  • Examine patients, take medical histories, maintain patient records, identify health risk factors, prescribe medications, make referrals, and otherwise treat health conditions.
  • Foster patient wellness and disease prevention.
  • Offer health education services and/or counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Work weekdays, occasional weekends, and nights for call coverage.
Your Qualifications:
  • MSN (Masters of Nursing)
  • One year's experience
  • Licensure as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of Florida.
  • Advanced Registered Nurse Certification
  • Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
