Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Operations Director to lead our logistics and operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our operations.
About the Role
The Operations Director will oversee the planning and execution of daily operations, including staffing schedules, revenue management, and expense control. You will also be responsible for training and developing employees to achieve peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct site operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maximize profitability through effective client service, communication, and follow-up.
- Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Manage revenue and expenses within budget constraints.
- Train, develop, and motivate employees to achieve peak performance.
- Oversee accounts receivable and process vendor invoices as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum seven years of related experience required.
- Minimum six years of industry experience required.
- Minimum five years of supervisory experience required.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based software applications, and job-specific software.
- Ability to manage financial aspects of the department, including purchasing, budget preparation, and financial reporting.
