Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cocktail Server/Bartender to join our team at Tall Tales, our rooftop bar located in East Nashville, Tennessee. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience as a server or bartender in a full-service restaurant or banquet operation.
  • Ability to obtain a food handler card and liquor license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and to stand for long periods of time.
  • Understanding of restaurant etiquette and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
