About the Role

As a Shift Leader with Indus Hospitality Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our restaurants. You will be responsible for coaching and guiding our team members to deliver exceptional guest service and execute operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all restaurant operations are executed to the highest standards, including food preparation, beverage service, and maintenance of a clean and safe environment.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and motivate team members to achieve their full potential, providing timely feedback and guidance to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures, including counting and reconciling cash, to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
  • Training and Development: Support the training and development of team members, including new hires and existing staff, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic computer skills, ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment, and a positive attitude are essential.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Standing for long periods, lifting objects up to 20 pounds, and wearing a headset (when applicable) are required.
