As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and assisting the branch in meeting its sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process incoming sales orders and proactively address customer needs.
  • Respond to customer and inter-branch inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Accurately and promptly handle all customer orders, ensuring that delivery expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales through upselling.
  • Report any stock discrepancies to management.
  • Accurately manage the receipting of incoming goods.
  • Place orders with suppliers as necessary.

You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, bringing a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will possess:

  • Experience in customer service, ideally within a product-oriented sales environment.
  • A strong understanding of business products and industries, with the ability to translate client needs into effective solutions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, resulting in a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • The capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in the technology sector is highly regarded.
  • Flexibility to work on alternate weekends.
  • A full, clean driver's license.
