Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Wichita community. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in promoting the physical, personal, and emotional well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents, working closely with the Director of Nursing and care staff teams.
- Provide direction and oversight to care staff regarding resident needs, based on assessments performed.
- Communicate effectively with community staff and resident family members regarding care and well-being.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current state license.
- 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to meet schedule requirements with no restrictions and work weekend rotations.
- Working knowledge of treating and assisting seniors with dementia.
- Knowledge of state and federal guidelines for senior living care.
