About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Associate Health team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As an Associate Health RN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide services for associates according to BSMH policies and procedures, professional standards, federal regulations, and CDC recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources partners, people managers, Infection Prevention, and Quality & Safety to ensure program success.
  • Maintain current knowledge of associate health regulations, recommendations, and accreditation standards applicable to BSMH facilities.
  • Assist BSMH managers and staff with compliance and provide input to policy/procedures, guidelines, protocols related to associate health services.
  • Participate in surveillance activities to identify associate health risks and perform surveillance on associate health records.
  • Utilize associate health information system to record and retrieve associate health data and prepare reports as directed and requested.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the state practicing.
  • BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association certification.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Strong written and communication skills, with ability to analyze data and information.
  • Proficient in respiratory protection program and testing, with knowledge of OSHA, state health department, CDC, and Joint Commission regulations.
