About the Role

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Associate Health RN. In this role, you will provide essential services to our associates, ensuring their health and well-being in accordance with our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-employment follow-up, associate immunization program, respiratory protection program, communicable disease screening, and exposure management services.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources partners, people managers, Infection Prevention, and Quality & Safety to ensure program success.
  • Maintain current knowledge of associate health regulations, recommendations, and accreditation standards applicable to our facilities.
  • Assist managers and staff with compliance and provide input to policy/procedures, guidelines, and protocols related to associate health services.
  • Participate in surveillance activities to identify associate health risks and perform surveillance on associate health records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
  • BLS Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Preferred: COHN, COHN-S, or COHN-CM certification.
