Overview of the Role:
Join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a rapidly evolving, Private Equity-supported organization. As a member of Insight Global's Finance team, the Corporate Finance Analyst will deliver proactive financial insights, performance updates, and support strategic decision-making through analytical techniques and collaboration with business leaders. This role offers significant visibility and direct interaction with divisional management and corporate executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly financial forecasts and assist in the annual budgeting process through collaboration with management teams across functions.
- Collaborate closely with accounting and management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct comprehensive variance analyses; comparing forecasts to budgets, forecasts to actuals, and budgets to actuals.
- Work alongside sales and analytics leadership to guarantee precise KPI reporting.
- Evaluate the financial performance of various divisions and provide leadership with updates, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the Monthly Business Review processes.
- Stay informed on industry developments to gain insights into competitive trends.
- Communicate complex information and insights effectively to leadership.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- Comfortable engaging with executive leadership, addressing inquiries, and sharing insights.
- Adaptable to a high-growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A strong desire for continuous learning and intellectual curiosity.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a related financial modeling role, or equivalent experience/skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in forecasting and analytics is advantageous.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel is required; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Experience in sourcing data from a data warehouse using SQL Server or Tableau interfaces is beneficial.
- Experience in scenario modeling to predict future outcomes based on various inputs.
