As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the district manager to achieve restaurant objectives and goals.
