Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer at Ironclad, you will engage in cross-functional collaboration to identify and solve complex business challenges. Your work will contribute to a platform that empowers legal professionals to operate at unprecedented efficiency. You will play a crucial role in modernizing a time-honored profession through innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to conceptualize, design, and implement features and systems.
- Work alongside quality engineers to establish and uphold testing strategies.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing constructive feedback.
- Participate in recruiting efforts to attract skilled engineers to Ironclad.
- Develop on a contemporary tech stack, including TypeScript, ReactJS, Java, and Docker containers in Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform (specific experience with these technologies is not mandatory).
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on architecting, building, launching, and maintaining intricate systems (formal education is not a prerequisite; industry experience is valued).
- Proven leadership capabilities within engineering teams, with a focus on enhancing technical architecture and achieving monetization objectives.
- Experience in developing monetization, packaging, growth, or billing systems is advantageous.
- A strong passion for software engineering and delivering high-quality products.
- A commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $210,000 annually. This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this role, with actual compensation determined by various factors, including individual expertise and anticipated performance.
