About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join our team in Cambridge, MA. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for uncovering and evangelizing all aspects of our users' experiences, collaborating closely with product designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct primary and secondary user research, including qualitative and quantitative methods, to inform design and strategy
  • Develop a research roadmap that aligns with product and business goals
  • Identify and evaluate research topics, and proactively identify research needs relative to the stage of the product life cycle
  • Frame problems from user, business, and customer perspectives, and facilitate research and design workshops
  • Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations, and synthesize research findings into strategic findings
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent years of experience and/or certification
  • 4+ years of UX Research experience, with a strong track record of delivering impactful research results
  • Ability to quickly and effectively share research results with clear and impactful messaging, and contribute to a cross-functional collaborative team
  • Experience working in a B2B2C business model, and experience in ResearchOps and framework development
