Available Shifts: Full-Time and Part-Time - All Shifts
Compensation: Starting at $18.50, with increases based on experience and an additional $1.00 shift differential for evening and night shifts
Key Responsibilities- Delivering exceptional care and ensuring the safety of residents
- Offering residents choices and opportunities for decision-making
- Engaging residents in meaningful and enjoyable activities
- Assisting residents with their daily routines, including waking and bedtime
- Preparing and sharing meals featuring their favorite dishes
- Performing laundry and light housekeeping duties
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Certification: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification is required. We also provide support for obtaining this certification.
- Experience: Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to utilize proper lifting techniques and equipment for resident transfers
