This position is primarily responsible for assisting customers with any questions regarding products and services, describing the product evaluation and providing repair solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Using LMS/CRM system to search case related information and answer customer questions;
- Responsible for providing customer service, updating customers about the repair process, and answering any questions they may have;
- Record the communication with customers, ensure accurate information internally, and identify any areas for improvement for customer satisfaction;
- Be able to provide customer service independently and present the optimal service solution to customers;
- Explain in layman's terms how to resolve technical issues.
- High School Diploma or GED;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an account specialist, customer support, or related role;
- FLUENT in FRENCH and English;
- Experience with MS Office Suite, Google Docs, and CRM software.
