Fabletics Retail Seasonal Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Fabletics Retail Store at Houston Premium Outlets - Cypress, TX. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
  • Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways, providing knowledge on our products.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
  • Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to work with large teams.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator.
  • The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
