Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Support Services: Provide all-inclusive services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans and provide support services.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions, including daily therapy documentation and attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Certification: Obtain full Direct Support Professional Certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Driving Record: Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Age: Be at least 17 years old.
  • Lifting Ability: Be able to lift 50 pounds.
