Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at GPS Hospitality. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and team management.
  • Train and coach the team to ensure they provide outstanding service and meet customer expectations.
  • Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
  • Set an example by maintaining an excellent working knowledge and high level of proficiency in restaurant operations.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to the team to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Supervise in accordance with GPS values, traits, and behaviors.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve restaurant operations.
  • Follow and enforce all cash policies, addressing and documenting any policy violations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting.
