Requirements

  • A minimum of one year's experience as a Barista in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law)
  • High energy and stamina, with the ability to work flexible shifts and schedules
