The Boyd Group is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Expert to join their team in the United States or Canada. As a key member of the auto body shop, this individual will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and repair vehicles using various tools and techniques.
- Plan and execute repairs efficiently, meeting labor time guidelines.
- Ensure all work is executed correctly by inspecting vehicles after repair.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet repair facility KPIs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
