Position Overview

As a key member of the Food & Beverage team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining a thorough understanding of our food and beverage offerings.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Maintain accurate end-of-shift documentation, including inventory lists and restocking needs.
  2. Ensure consistent service quality and presence at the service counter.
  3. Lead and prioritize team activities during your shift.
  4. Manage opening and closing procedures effectively.
  5. Supervise team operations to guarantee a seamless service experience.

Counter Service Duties

  1. Welcome and assist members with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Respond promptly to member inquiries and needs.
  3. Process food and beverage transactions efficiently using membership identification.
  4. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock availability and report shortages.
  5. Demonstrate proficiency in operating the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  6. Prepare and serve smoothies and other beverages.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  8. Perform basic counter service tasks and order management.

Qualifications

Candidate should be pursuing a high school diploma or equivalent. Relevant food and beverage certifications are required. A minimum of six months of customer service experience is essential, with preference given to candidates with prior food and beverage experience.
