About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Services Technician to join our team at Housing Development Corporation MidAtlantic. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition and safety of our communities, including floors, walls, restrooms, and furniture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custodial services and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a valid driver's license. Prior custodial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all common areas
  2. Prepare common areas for hazardous conditions, including rain and snow
  3. Assist with setup for meetings, trainings, and conferences
  4. Participate in annual safety training

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Prior custodial experience preferred
