Responsibilities:
As an Equipment Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Repairing kitchen cooking equipment such as stoves, ovens, grills, and fryers.
  • Providing preventative maintenance activities for customers by diagnosing equipment malfunctions and identifying operating deficiencies.
  • Maintaining accurate corporate and personal records of work history.
  • Driving company vehicles safely.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • EPA certification.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in hot side commercial kitchen appliance service.
  • Familiarity with single systems and rack systems.
