Job Summary:

Penn Technical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join their team of award-winning professionals. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering creative solutions in site planning, layout, and grading, while also possessing experience in seeing projects built to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement site plans, layouts, and grading designs for various projects, including higher education, athletics, and urban projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and meet client expectations.
• Provide expert advice on plant materials and site detailing, ensuring projects meet design and functionality requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Registered Landscape Architect with 6-15 years of experience in site planning, layout, and grading.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of Civil 3D and ability to apply knowledge to improve project outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
