We are seeking a highly skilled LPN Team Lead to join our Interventional Pain Medicine department at NeuroMedical Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care management within the clinic as ordered by a physician.
  • Assist in training new employees on the team.
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve team performance and suggest creative ways to solve problems.
  • Administer IM injections to patients as ordered by physician and assist with clinical procedures when needed.
  • Document phone calls in the EMR system and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Assist with prescription refills and prepare for clinic by reviewing physician's last note and ensuring testing has been completed.
  • Responsible for auditing outstanding tests ordered in the EMR system and sending letters to patients who have not completed testing in a timely manner.
  • Route information to other areas within the clinic via the EMR system and maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor with patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • LPN experience a plus.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and multi-task.
  • Accurate phone handling and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented.

Education: Vocational Degree/Certification or Associates Degree in Nursing required.
