Overview

We are enhancing our Neonatology services in Appleton, WI.

Pediatrix Medical Group presents an exceptional career opportunity for a Neonatologist to become part of our newly established practice.

All board-certified or eligible neonatologists, including seasoned professionals and recent graduates, are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a team of 4 Neonatologists to manage a 15-bed Level 3 NICU (Average Daily Census 8) and Newborn Nursery (Average Daily Census 6) at St. Elizabeth Hospital.
  • Utilize advanced therapies such as iNO, HFOV, and therapeutic hypothermia for HIE, IDF, and ESC.
  • Work alongside experienced NICU staff and a dedicated transport team.
  • Participate in HRIF clinic and MFM support.
  • Schedule entails 24/7 in-house coverage.
  • Engage in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and clinical research initiatives, with opportunities to share best practices and insights with thousands of Pediatrix providers across over 400 NICUs.
