Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at KLAP6TECHNOLOGIESLLC. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and respiratory therapy services in our ICU and ER departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and respiratory therapy services in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
  • Perform direct patient care and provide Respiratory Care and Hyperbaric Medicine procedures in all areas within the facility.
  • Organize workload to ensure therapy is completed as prescribed and maintain accurate records and charts.
  • Participate in all aspects of RC educational activities and departmental meetings.
  • Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response alerts in a timely manner and document appropriately.
  • Exercise sound clinical judgment and assessment skills to provide appropriate patient care and monitoring.
  • Evaluate patient care and make recommendations when needed.
  • Perform Pulmonary Functions, Methacholine Challenges, Hyperbaric Medicine, NICU care, PICU care, and Asthma Education as required.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Respiratory Therapy, including critical care experience.
  • EPIC, ICU, and ER experience required.
  • Experience with 980 and 840 ventilators.
  • Ability to float to sites within 40 miles as needed.
