Job Summary

Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their maximum potential for functional independence.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify their needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment programs to improve patients' physical and cognitive abilities.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Master's entry-level degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Occupational Therapy License: KY (OT:KY).
  • BLS-CPR certification.
