Therapeutic Communications Specialist

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school district in North Carolina. As a skilled professional, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication issues, and develop personalized treatment plans.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in speech therapy and a valid North Carolina state SLP License. You will work independently and as part of a team, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
• Provide speech and language therapy in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure student progress
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
Compensation and Benefits:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, paid weekly, with additional benefits including guaranteed work hours, payment for direct and indirect services, liability insurance coverage, and health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
