  • Operational Management: Manage the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the nursing unit is in compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Liaison and Communication: Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, upper management, residents, and family members, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged.

Requirements:

  • Valid NY RN License: A valid New York State RN license is required for this position.
  • Experience and Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a SNF setting is strongly preferred, with a proven track record of leadership and management experience.
