Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Psychologist to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational services team, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic and emotional well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to determine student eligibility for special education services.
  • Interpret assessment results to inform instructional planning and interventions, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals, promoting a collaborative approach to student success.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Consult with teachers, parents, administrators, and external stakeholders to develop strategies for improving student outcomes, driving academic excellence and student achievement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Valid State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience with psychoeducational assessments and working with children and adolescents in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of special education laws, procedures, and behavioral intervention strategies.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and strong organizational skills.
