We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Analyst to support our Walmart and Mass Market business. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving data-driven decision-making and maximizing sales effectiveness to drive market share and elevate our brands as category thought leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop insights and recommendations on new items, promotional planning, merchandising optimization, and pricing initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide in-depth analytical support focused on business solutions in presentation-ready formats.
  • Conduct product and brand analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Leverage IRI/Circana and POS data to deliver market analysis to evaluate comparative performance of our brands.
  • Use existing data platforms to create new methodology to analyze business opportunities and risks.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to Walmart Team on patterns and relationships in data, along with recommendations and opportunities for revenue growth, new ideas, and creative solutions.
  • Deduction management and the administration of Walmart's deduction process.
  • Full item management responsibility on all items on Walmart's Retail Link for both in-store and online placements.
  • Experience extracting data from retail POS systems e.g. Luminate and Retail Link.
  • Collaborate with team within PSi and customer to share best practice analysis.
  • Identify and analyze weekly POS performance and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop strong rapport with vendor partners to support current and future business needs.
  • Support inquiries on business outlook, review, and special requests.
  • Prepare reporting for Finance to support net revenue management.
  • Plan, document, and recap all promotional and marketing program performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, emphasizing a strong business background.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insights, sales, or business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CPG category data insights, sales, or business analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales analysis.
  • Knowledge of IRI and Circana data reporting and Walmart's Retail Link and Luminate systems.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, agility, and resourcefulness.
