About this Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Information Security Analyst to join our Cybersecurity team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving down risk and managing the cyber posture for our CIO teams and lines of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cyber context to business issues and provide business and CIO perspective back to Cybersecurity
  • Work with the BISO/TISO and lead Cybersecurity Champion to represent each Cyber domain through deep understanding of cybersecurity, cyber risks, priorities, and initiatives
  • Proactively work to support the cybersecurity needs of the CIO teams through proactive risk anticipation and solutioning
  • Collaborate and influence throughout all levels, including more experienced managers, to drive cyber risk management and solutioning
  • Interface across first, second, and third lines, as well as potentially external agencies, regulatory bodies, or industry forums
  • Consult the organization on complex security issues and findings
  • Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate in decision-making on information security
Requirements
  • 7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent
  • Well-versed experience and knowledge across the cybersecurity domains
  • Demonstrate clear, articulate written and verbal communication
