We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Northwell Health. As a casual MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Key Responsibilities- Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current certification as an MRI Technologist
- 1+ year of experience in MRI imaging
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The salary range for this position is $38.37/hour.
