Job Summary

The Customer Technology Solutions Expert at Best Buy is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by identifying and offering technology-related solutions to meet customer needs. This role requires a passion for technology and the ability to create positive customer interactions by solving software and hardware issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with customers by exhibiting empathy and providing solutions to their needs.
  • Understand the importance of the customer experience when performing diagnostic discoveries, making recommendations, and protecting customer devices.
  • Establish consistent rhythms for timely follow-up and ensure deliverables are met or exceeded.
  • Partner with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate documentation of customer requests and repairs.
Requirements
  • 6+ months experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing technology products.
  • Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights, and weekends.
