As a CVOR Tech, you will be responsible for preparing the operating room, assisting surgeons, handling surgical instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures by providing sterile instruments and equipment.
- Position patients for surgery and ensure proper prep and draping.
- Ensure the proper functioning of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth procedure flow.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control standards.
- Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
- Document and track surgical tools and instruments.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum 2+ years of CVOR Tech experience.
- EPIC experience required.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.
- Travel experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting.
